Expert Witness Services, Forensic Science and Technical Product Litigation in Products Liability, Personal Injury and Intellectual Property

Mr. Rosen specializes in analysis and evaluation of personal injuries and product liability issues resulting from hazardous chemicals in household and industrial products. He has over 35 years of industrial and academic experience in chemistry and chemical engineering. He is a Fellow of the American College of Forensic Examiners, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry (London) and a Diplomate of the Board of Forensic Engineering and Technology. Mr. Rosen is nationally certified as a Professional Chemist, a Professional Chemical Engineer and is certified as a Fire & Explosion Investigator with advanced training.

Meyer provides both plaintiff and defense attorneys with strategic deposition and pre-trial technical planning. He performs accident reconstruction, and determines the origin and cause of fires and explosions relating to flammable liquids, gases, and solids.

Mr. Rosen has been deposed, prepared expert reports and provides litigation support in areas such as: hazardous chemicals, toxic exposures, chemical burns, hair relaxers, hair coloring agents, labels, warnings, and instructions. He is experienced in product liability issues related to safety in design, formulation, packaging and handling, OSHA regulations and Codes & Standards.
